娘惹酸辣鸡 Sour Nyonya Chicken

【材料】
鸡1只(斩件)、疯柑叶3片(切丝)、阿三片3片、水200毫升、椰浆250毫升
【研磨香料】
石古仔5粒、小葱头60克、蒜6瓣、姜20克、辣椒干20条、南姜15克、黄姜10克、峇拉煎20克
【调味料】
咖哩粉1茶匙、盐1茶匙、生抽1汤匙、糖1茶匙
【做法】
1.将全部研磨香料放入搅拌机搅拌至细滑,取出备用。
2.在智能锅内热3汤匙油,放入研磨料爆炒至香,再加入阿三片、疯柑叶及鸡块拌匀,最
后加入椰浆和清水,盖紧。(图1-4)
3.选择“鸡肉”功能再按“开始”键。(图5)

【Ingredients】
1 chicken (cut into bite pieces), 3 kaffir lime leaves (jullience), 3 slices assam, 200ml water, 250ml coconut milk
【Spices Ingredients】
5 candlenuts, 60g shallots, 6 clove garlic, 20g ginger(slices), 25 dried chilli, 15g galangal, 10g turmeric, 20g belacan
【Seasoning】
1 tsp curry powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sugar
【Method】
1.Blend all the spices ingredients till fine, set aside.
2.Heat 3 tbsp oil in i-Smart Chef inner pot, saute pounded ingredients till fragrant, add in assam slices, kaffir lime leaves
and chicken, stir well, lastly pour in water and coconut milk , cover with lid. (pic 1-3)
3.Select “chicken” function and press “start” button.(pic 5)
